Our History
Founded in 2022 by Jennifer Wold, we are an intuitive & visionary group of professionals with many years of experience transforming organizations at every level, through a strong focus on the HUMANS that perform within business operations. What makes us experts in this space? Jennifer is a SHRM Certified HR Professional, with more than 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Operations. Jennifer Specializes in talent acquisition, but has expertise in all facets of HR, including crafting of policy & procedure, employment law compliance, and implementation of functional administrative systems to support human capital process needs. Ninety-Nine Consulting also partners with other expert professionals in varying spaces, such as accounting, business law, & financial advising, to ensure that our clients have access to further specialized support as needed.
